The compressed air from the air compressor entrains large and small oil droplets. Large oil droplets are easier to

separate through the oil and gas separator, while the small oil droplets (suspended oil particles) must pass through

the micron glass fiber filter layer of the oil and gas filter.

We use the advanced anti-corrosion and high-efficiency microfiber agglomerated material as the filter material.

The filter element of this system is composed of the pre-filter layer, superfine fiber layer, support layer,

filter layer and gravity sedimentation layer, so that the solid particles more than 3μm can be completely filtered out,

and the extremely small oil-water vapor solution of about 0.01-1μm is condensed into larger oil droplets

when passing through the filter element, which accumulates at the bottom of the filter element,

and then siphons through the oil return pipe at the bottom of the filter element, then return to the

lubrication system so that the compressor air is more pure.
